so right now i cant see the server, does that mean its getting its power level increased to over 9000

hi i just recently got minecraft after watching my roomate play for a few weeks and id like to join your server was wondering if it was stil no whitelist and if it was currently down

edit i have managed to connect now im not sure why i could not see the server previously
