conection refused is strange because i kept the server online during all the day

I am there to present my new serveur industrial craft based on the concept of industrial warfare
I'd like to realise a server where people have to fight for their economy and the add of industrialcraft is simply fabulous.
I decided to create my own server because i wanted to provide an active economy and a tactic pvp and interessant events , witch is hard to find.
Moreover i'd like to show this realy good mod witch extend so much the possibilities in minecraftThe server will start with a little community so i will wait to lauch first event and focus on the stability of the economy
I hope to have a lots of people with me to have fun in pvp and events

The Server will be realy lauched in about a week but you can now come on the server to get an idea [no whitelist but no rights] or simply watch the dynamic map
