How come the server is down?

Change the entire document to that or just add on to the document?

Em tried your jar file the Item id conflicted with redpower (solar panels) and the normal version conflicts with IC2 and unforntalty I cant find the file in any of the 3 mods which lets me change the item ids

Kinda, I am struggling to find and download the mod "Storage blocks", Maybe you could update the post to have that mod link in it?

I am not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but with the knew version when i place a stone/gold regulator pipe my game crashes. But it allows me to place wooden ones perfectly fine.
