We don't have EnetBridge.
Forestry supports EU as it always did, with its electrical engine.
Thus, RF is pretty much annoying to deal (for forestry and RC) with if we don't have cabling around.So, I suggest BuildCraft as an addition. The builders and fillers aswell robots are cool. Having them around will be good.
Minetweak the recipes, removing the quarry, removing all pipes but the energy ones, the void ones, the obsidian one and the wooden ones.
Maybe make the void pipes require an AE2 singularity, aswell the obsidian one requiring a hopper. -

Remove items from the 1.6.4 safe, put in a chest, then upgrade.
Many things changed between 1.6 and 1.7.

You'd still have to be touching the ground, while the traveler boots have its best speed while you're jumping around in the air.
It would make some more EU and thats worth it. You might be able to run your basic tools out of it, but not far more.

Aye, rubber static boots.
Also, 20 EU per meter is nothing. Stand in the sun for one second with a solar helmet and thats what you get.
Get a generator running for 1 second and you get the worth of walking 10 meters. -
So, after realizing that walking over 2km from static boots generated just 400 EU, i noticed that static boots is utterly useless, really useless.
Thus, my suggestion is to increase the EU generated by the boots to 20 EU per meter (block) walked.Another suggestion is to add a magic-tech enchant, called "Electrostaticity". It can only be applied to armors and swords (you could anvil it into a tool though).
If on an armor, the enchant will add 2^enchantlevel EU to ANY EU accepting item in the inventory (including electric armors themselves, which could be enchanted with it) for every block traveled.
If on a sword, the enchant will make the sword do electric damage alongside the usual damage of the weapon. Electric damage is equal to the level of the enchant. (half a heart to 2.5 hearts)
Electric damage will bypass any armor but electric armors, which will instead lose 1% of its max storage for every half heart of electric damage blocked. -

I just found this port of qcraft to 1.7.10, is it yours invultri?
If not, maybe check how stable it is and if it would solve the bug i'm having with the entangled blocks?Edit: Mrmoo \/

I have had that texture bug (not rendering). It was solved by downgrading forge to 1232.
