    this server is a small server that will be upgraded in the later weeks I'm posting the server here because we need builders, moderators, and admins.

Moderator = Basic kick/ban, no spawning items
Builder = basic building rights
Default = [/helpop] permissions no build rights

    Rule 1: No Greifing [will result in ban]
Rule 2: No Begging anyone for anything (ask once and only once unless no reply is given)[will result in a warning then kick]
Rule 3: No Spamming [will result in kick then ban]
Rule 4: only owners can break the rules
Rule 5: Votes can be started by anyone as long as they are reasonable(to do a vote type (Vote: (vote subject) [Y/N]))
Rule 6: making creepers blow things up will result in ban (counts as greifing)
Rule 7: No Stealing [Stolen items will be returned and you will be banned]
Rule 8: any attempt at bending/breaking the rules will result in warning/kick/ban depending on severity
Rule 9: admins will do what it takes to keep the server alive and well (and that means if you are mean, hack, etc the admins will do what they think do)
Rule 10: these rules are subject to change at any time at the owners discretion
