what if you build a house and completely fill it with like 640 doors?
I'd assume you would get 213 villagers.
You can't trample over crops that are a block higher above where you are walking.
Just an idea.
that's what Fire Protection (8minute) potions are for
Or a water bucket...
perhaps that could work. can players manually create a village to make the village bigger and increase the amount of villagers? simply by constructing building? or could even create their own NPC village where ever they want? i just an unaware if the game would recognize a player built NPC village from a naturally occuring NPC village.
In patch 1.2- If it's within ~15 blocks of a 'village house' that is already built and occupied, and has a roof and a door (I believe wooden is the only one that works) it will be considered part of the village.
You also get 1 villager per 3 doors in the village.
This is assuming you're not DocM and make a UFO above the village- which then bugs the reproduction rules out and you end up with over 200 villagers that are constantly breeding. (Yeah, don't ask.)
Complain to notch.
His mushrooms dont grow on Mushroom blocks, only on dirt, grass and mycelium.
Couldn't you make a pseudo-mushroom that can be placed on large mushrooms and that grow like the normal ones?
I'd give up an item and/or a block ID for that. Just to make it look nice.
But it will never protect from the Ban-Hammer!
I'd like to see a Nuclear Reactor that is totally and fully automated.
And what's left when it explodes...
Stacked huge mushrooms were Al's idea and are staying.
But at that point they're not mushrooms anymore. They're just Dirt and Mycelium with a few, random mushroom blocks.
Don't get me wrong. Stacked Mushrooms are amazing. If they were still mushrooms.
Alternatively, have you tried building a nether portal above the 128 layer and using it? If you are lucky you will access the upper level of the nether.
Just tried but portals above the old build height seem to create a portal below the Nether's bedrock layer. Leaving creates a new portal in the overworld, below the old height cap.
Obviously going to try more... So brb.
Edit: Even portals at the new build-height cap don't seem to do it. However, Mushrooms do spawn (and probably grow) on top of the Nether. (Creative mode. Woo.)
I wouldn't mind seeing a single, receiver block, for this... But:
1. It's accepting a frigging laser. Everything within a 10 block radius will go up in flames.
2. It's accepting a frigging laser. Instant death to anything alive, undead, or has flesh in any way shape or form.
3. It has to have a laser. See above.
.075% is low...
But to get the max output, during a thunderstorm? That's almost impossible.
They only break if they're at world height(pre-1.2), during a thunderstorm, and at maximum EU output. Even then, it's only a .075% chance.
Or, that's what someone else figured when they tore apart the code.
(If you delete the first post fast enough- before anyone else posts- then you delete the thread as well. I know this for a fact.)
Bedrock has a blast resistance of 18,000,000...
A Nuke's explosion is rated at 35? Nuclear Reactor with pure Uranium is 45? (I think.)
Wiki says Obsidian is 60 Blast Resistance with IC2 installed and apparently a nuke or reactor can break 6 of them (in a row?).
So, yeah. Do the math. (If I'm right (probably not) you would need a nuke that is 50,000 times stronger.)
Like... a bed... with some batterys wired to it?
The last time i tried, applying electric current to myself, it did NOT heal me XD
...Kinky?
Add a Mass Fabricator to it or something?
Portal Gun can remove Bedrock, all but the bottom layer at Layer 0... (Using the Moon-Shot.)
So it should be theoretically possible to make a laser that doesn't work on the last layer.
Oh, and for any modded server that requires 'Bedrock Prisons'... Why aren't you using a whitelist?
Well in that case I'm talking out my arse.
Why would they have bottles of XP then? For adventure map builders to use as rewards?
Bingo.
With that tether, you've effectively got a high powered wind generator
Bug cpw about adding Compact Windmills to his Compact Solars mod!
I already asked if he had any intentions to do so- And he said no.
Good luck to anyone who wants to convince him otherwise.
My first thought when reading the OP was "troll science"... Dunno why.
A magnet that is connected to a car that pulls the car along forever- for free.
The Trollololo Mobile.
1; Nuclear its the substitute that Alblaka chose, but people dont like things they actually have to properly maintain so they would rather keep building solar generators without giving a fuck about their server health.
2: im gonna wait for someone more tech savvy to tell you how Electromagnetic "Rays" are illogical/impossible or not.
1: So IC2 end game is make a Nuclear Reactor... And that's it? No future? No advancements? Nothing else? Reactor, done?
2: Al already said no to EU teleportation, so the point is moot.
