Very likely incorrect wiki. Use NEI (Not Enough Items).
Got NEI installed and it looks like the recipe is just wrong on the wiki. Thanks SpwnX

I'm unable to craft an OD scanner. I'm wondering if the recipe for the OD Scanner is incorrect in the wiki, or if it's a bug in version 2.2.567 (maybe fixed in later versions?).
