Not familiar with NEI. I have a server running so will it effect my current world. And yes, tried the 6 rubber/ 3 copper plates in the order you said but no luck

I have searched the forums and internet and cannot seem to make the heat conductor necessary for the blast furnace. I'm using MC 1.7.10, IC2 2.2.485-experimental, BC 6.0.17, and Millenaire 5.3.0
