Exactly what it sounds like. I hooked up a Recycler to medium voltage accidentally, and suddenly it exploded, to be expected, but the explosion persisted for about 30 seconds and was totally silent. When I tried replacing the Recycler after installing a LV Transformer, the explosion still occurred, but I hadn't even hooked up any wires to the Recycler yet!
In addition, no sounds from IC2 work at all. Anyone have a fix?
