Да можешь, но если воткнуть жидкостный регулятор, то работать будет эффективнее. Ничего сложного в этом нет.

Фузионка на дейтерии-тритии производит плазму со скоростью 7,8125л/тик
Оптимальный поток для одной турбины (с большим вольфрамовостальным ротором) - 7,32л/тик (146л/сек)
Разница не велика, но с регулятором на выходе получим 30к eU/t и небольшое количество плазмы будет копиться.
Без регулятора плазма будет уходить вся и выход энергии будети немного меньше (где-то на 6,66%). -

I tried again first i crafted new 10k Coolant cells.
They get automatically a health bar.U can drop them to vacuum freezer and after that range upgrade are craftable.

I agree, but iirc the machine works on energy-per-time. To make it the same amount of eU per item, either the energy needs to drop, or the speed needs to increase. Often we can't make the energy drop due to tiering reasons, which leaves us with increasing the speed.
Than it could be done by two ways
1. 4x time 4x energy by tier, but if time is less than 1 tick - it is = 1 tick.
2. same, but it takes xN items from input and makes xN products to output every tick, where N = round(1/current process time).Actually i don't think someone will make so high tier machines to have less-than-one-tick production speed. Even 1 per tick is much more than needed. So MV/HV should be enough for most reсipes. Except may be scanner/replicator.

Сoefficient can be 2x not 4x, or even 1.5x. Numbers does not matter. All tiers should have same amount of eU per item.

I'm interested in idea of pollution, but it shouldn't be the way to force players to go to next tier. Next tier should be better by itself. -

Numbers does not matter. Main idea is "better should be better". Higher-tier machines cost more (or rarer) materials to craft, need higher voltage, better wires, so they should be better by all parameters (not only faster) than previous. And they should not be worse by anything.
Its very simple logic and its very strange for me we have it different now. -
I just want to remind you all, that simplest way to "preventing low-tech-spam" is to change recipe overclock mechanics.
It should eat 4x more energy and work 4x faster on each tier. So total energy/item value would be same for all tiers and players will upgrade they machines asap just to work faster.I also changed in my config (thx BloodAsp for this ability) efficiency of generators. I think it should increasing any next tier (up to tier 3) and than all low-tech would be replaced by next-tech just asap.
