TP pipes are fine but the chunk loading blocks are not.
I changed around 20 chunk loaders to bedrock
I was nice and didnt reset the chunks. No warning next time. If i see a chunk loader the whole area will be regenerated
Wal, I would like to know who placed these chunkloaders and if they lived with me because if so I want them far away from my house

So i went looking through people's houses, I turned about 10 overlapping chunk loaders to bedrock. And then multiple more that i couldnt even see. Thank you //replacenear. The area in question was around were tlac and a few others live...
Most of you probably don't know but when they overlap they cause massive lags and mess with chunk rendering. As I cleared them the server stopped doing the only load a few chunks around you thing...
Not to mention that there a banned item. So id think twice before admitting to using them and asking an admin to remove said bedrockWe cannot even craft Chunkloaders. If you are talking about Teleport pipes, I thought Lev said they were fine, and still needed to re-enable them... You didn't regenerate my house, did you?
Even if we could craft Chunkloaders, I have no use for them, everything that I create is within 10 chunks of each other. (Except for my new house)
I did notice that there were a few blocks near my house that would load even if a chunk would not. I didn't think anything of it, if that's what you were talking about it's across the road from my house

Anyone have a status on the server? I am at school and have no access to Minecraft at the moment. It wasn't lagging this morning, hopefully it stays that way.

Wouldn't count on Advanced Machines being ported, because IC2's upgrade capabilities make it somewhat redundant. Haven't heard on Bukkit ports for any of the others yet, I know they're all ported for SSP.
I would say it's going to be ported. It's used for the Solar Panels too. I see more potential in the mod than just the actual machines. Plus another reset would be required. Advanced Machines still use less power than upgraded ones, if you're short on power. I still plan on using upgrades though.

what pool you in? I have like 10 servers, with cpu only generation I was underwhelmed by results
Oh, I wasn't using a pool, just used the Tripleminer service. Not CPU, but GPU. 181 Mhash/s or 400-480 Mhash/s

- gpu more than cpu at something like 50-1 (ati cards seem to do better)
- need to be in a pool (group of people working as team, otherwise takes like 5 years to make money)
- you will prob generate $10 in 6 months, next year you will make 50% of this year, due to the way bitcoin inflation works
- easer to prob just give $10 to server admin, but a cool journey to do via bitcoin mining.
I earn about a bitcoin a day with 1 computer bitmining for around 10-14 hours a day... Shouldn't take nearly that long with bitcoins at $5.69~.

yes the do drop items on the ground and they drop a lot. From a player mod stand point i would probably say no though i think it's really up to lev and para. when i have used nukes they put a lot of strain on the server and that's why i would probably say no. UNLESS you allowed someone to do a stop lag after words (still up to lev and para though)

I mean, theres no rules against nuke use unless i blow someone's base up is there?
Nuke's don't drop many items, do they?

Lol I tried out this bitcoin thing. Turned it on and it said it needs to syncronise with network. Left for dinner, then a bballgame, late dinner,(Yes I'm a fattie), came home and its only 84% done...
Might want to look out on how you're doing things. If you need some help setting it up, hop on Skype, GUIMiner is great for first-timers.
