Should i add Economy, towny, factions, CW-locks. and more bukkit plugins i dont know about?

Nope, I just watched another video on YouTube and it's definitely block breakers. I've tried downloading other people's maps to see what I'm doing wrong but their configs weren't uploaded so the worlds are fairly corrupt.
Edit:
Tried out a world with a good config file. But... I still get nothing. The block breakers are all set up and running but I get no snow. What gives? I'm gonna go ahead and update to the latest forge version and see if that helps.
'Nother edit:
I started fresh and installed the latest version of everything (I was using Forge 1.2.2 since none of the mods required it to be updated.) It works great now.

Okay I'm out of this sever, 
I hate server that keep the map only couple days, and then they reset the map, with out asking they people if they want a reset or to keep the map.
Any you could save players data base, at least.
And there's to much mods that don't do shit -.-, the spawn was so broken, at least you could place some public machine that people could use them and had much easier way to start they home,
any way sniper you have to much mods that don't do shit.

DUDE DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH STONE YOU NEEDED FOR 124X64 (even the bottom was filed too so about 3-4k of stone i used)
10% of the time i get to play on the server 50% of the time i get to play for about 2 hours and then i crash and the last 40% i cant join cuz my connection resets just as i join the server

dude leave "10% of the time i get to play" they want to restart the map and data players -.- dam it's so freaking not smart move from them
