    Lets see if that revamp of the Nuclear Gen makes me want to use it, honestly i haven't used it before because i was a lazy ass that like geo gens mostly and because i never really needed the ridiculously amount of EU a Nuclear can produce.

    Also new energy generators were denied. Ignorance is part of the generation it seems eh XFmax?


    Honestly, denying every new energy generator in a mod that its all about energy generation its... well... stupid.

    The mod can be described as a mountain, the climbing(Start of the game) is difficult, but getting down(End of the game) its a breeze, unlike regular minecraft that sort of try to keep the difficulty up.

    True. large machines were denied because they give more lag in comparison with one block machines. Even for the sake or realism, no more large machines will be implemented.

    Not exactly an expert, but if you ask me the Coke Furnace from Rail Craft would lag a lot more than the bloomery from TerraFirmaCraft.

    1. Because a straight progression is boring! Why would you need a Nanosuit when you have a Qsuit that can do it all bigger and better? Branching upgrades, done right, make for more interesting game play.


    Quantum Suit in the end its the (Official) upgrade of the Nano Suit.


    In the past you could craft the QS without any of the NS but that changed recently. If some(Most) people decide to ignore making the Nano Suit for X reason (Not that theres really a valid issue if you are going to make a QS eventually, you might as well craft the Nano Suit and use it soon then upgrade it to QS when you want to), then thats their issue.

    Its exactly right to say chunks unload more, but the effective range chunks can stay loaded is reduced in SMP:

    Snow its Technically speaking an opaque block, in other words, a block that doesn't affect light too much (Kinda like glass). Thats what the "Clear View to the Sky" condition its still fulfilled with it, ergo making solar panels works with snow on top still.

    Thats not really a solution, but more of an Axe of your own feature. Whats the joke of customization if you can only implement 1 type of upgrade of each type? Or will you let the other types of upgrade to have several making sort of "Induction furnace" situation (People QQing why there was a Ifurnace but not an Imacerator or the like)


    Before nerfing the Qsuits to stupid levels i would rather wait for the Industrial Conflict (Yes spawn i know about it, ergo why i said "its something that i believe have been in development for a while") to release their stuff and see if any of it works specially against the Qsuit.


    I still like the customization part, but i say a big "NOPE" to the nerfing the qsuit part (yet).

    Fits? Haven't you considered that (Depending on the way upgrades play a role), it could make the situation even worse?


    People could forgo the useless features of the Qsuit and just go for Pure Defense, Making it either Equal or Better than the actual situation. (And people complains are purely for the defense aspect of the Qsuit, never about the speed the water breathing or anything, just the defense)

    You know the only actual reason why the QSuit its considered "OP or Unbalanced" Its because there is nothing in the Game that justify having so much invulnerability... Against other players. Ergo so much QQ i have been reading so much lately.


    And since most people are morons or just have tunnel vision, they only thing they see to remedy the situation its to "Nerf" the Qsuit when there is another and more perfect alternative to work this out (And its something that i believe have been in development for a while) AKA weapons. People would complain a lot less about the "Opness" of the Qsuit if there was a weapon that would bypass the Qsuit shield or deplete it faster (Without 0HitKOing the Qsuit user). Leaving the Qsuit as a completely Valid option against PvE (For single player people or for simple exploration)


    Although i do like the way this suggestion want to take the Qsuit, that doesn't mean you can't have (or remove) what would be the former Qsuit, meaning if you make the proper upgrades and add it to the Qsuit you should be able to have somewhat of a old version of it.


    IIRC someone said they spend a full 5 min or so in lava before they started taking heart damage. Could be wrong though since i forgot where i read this.

    Point 3: Minecraft itself runs like a shit, and if you try to add more awesome to boring vanilla Minecraft, you will need a shitload of CPU cuz Minecraft is Minecraft and runs like a shit. And about that comact solars argument, FenixR a long time ago, explained why that shit is OP and theres not enough pro argumenst to make it less OP. Damn why I coulndt find that post, he even made a few pics with space comparation and all the math.
