It was my understanding that:
The splitter is .025/b loss,
The detector is .5/b loss
Total loss is always rounded down.
I'm guessing:
EU input - Cable loss = x where x is then rounded down. (eg. 10-.525=9.475---->9)
Is this correct?

I hope I'm not too late to get in on the great debate!
I have to say the idea of adding dozens of the same item to improve results doesn't seem like the IndustrialCraft way of doing things. What I’ve always enjoyed about IC is that you really have to sit down and consider before you start putting wrench to iron.
I agree. IC's way of adding variables to a MineCraft problem uses a comforting degree of predictability with a healthy dose of wtf for doing it wrong. (eg. accidentally trashing my l33t base for the second time with a mining laser in scatter mode) I fondly remember the first time i looked at a setup and thought, "damn, I need more room." The thought of being able to perform 17-20 processes per second on a single machine makes me cringe. Frankly, it's a gamebreaker in my opinion. There are plenty of mods out there I can use to simply summon from the ether at no risk or expense of energy and material. Please don't add a 'magic box'
-How does it work?
Well first, I attach a pipe to this thingy that makes cobblestone from....nothing. Still interested?
Hmm, ID Card...
"wait for beta six :)"
That was hilarious
It seems dandelion and wheat at least can't be planted at night. Also , weeds spread faster when it's raining.
I can confirm there's a discrepancy between the reactor planner and v1.43. I tried Rick's breeder and after 430 seconds in heater mode, the temp read 855. Fifteen minutes later it reads 2635. A bit dissappointed at my reactor's flacid performance as this is my first. I shall now test some uneducated and irresponsible 'enhancements' to the design and see what happens.
On SSP
IC2 1.43
RP2 2.0pr4c
Advanced Machines
Modular ForceField System
For some reason this doesnt work on our server. Its running for at least 10 minutes now and is at around 1800 Heat. The configuration is exactly the same, we double checked. I'm really confused on whats wrong here. Either the Temp Reader is wrong, or i'm missing something.
Something is really wrong here. It should have been exploded for long now according to the tool but the heat reading is only at 2500 wtf ?

Clicking the 'choose block' key assignment while pointing at an active field block crashes to the black 'saving chunks' screen.
Thanks for an epic addon!
