wait never mind that did it thanks. I am trying to fix this and buildcraft at the same time and i put in the buildcraft .zip instead of the ic2 .jar. Thank You very much!!

would I then need to reinstall my other stuff cuz i get a different error this time.l

No that didn't do it any other suggestions? I still get the same error.

Also sorry about all the stuff at the top its just me testing out buildcraft.
