Fish isn't a that hard to get resource. Why does fish matter so much? I like this mod as it is, and I don't really see how fish can be overpowered. Except for slapping people, of course.
Well, it makes food a little bit too easy to acquire (and TC3 aspects! xD). But you're right, that's not really OP

But it's still a bit OP. I mean, it's fine for guys just needing food and having a BatBox and a few gens, but once you have MFSUs and 1 000 EU/t, it become a bit easy to exploit. I'd say it need different versions, like an advanced one that would take 4 fish per shot consuming 100 000 EU, without cooldown, and the basic one having a 1 min Cool down, taking only one fish but consuming only 15 000 EU.
Maybe you could make it a bit less OP (like a cooling time or a huge energy consumption, like 15 000 each time you're fishing).
Another thing is that TT-TC3 transmutation is based on aspects, so you can't transmute for example a million cobble into something very expensive.
To get a diamond with it you need the following aspects 16 purus (16 quartz), 16 carus (16 smooth sandstone) and 48 victrus (16 glass). That would produce lots of flux with leftover aspects.
But Flux doesn't make anything
And using TC3 you can actually have even funnier exploits, like turning cobble into ... Sulfur. (Using furnaces. But you'll get tons of Flux, if you care about ^^)
So, if either IC2 or GregTech implements multiblock steam turbine like either Applied Energistic scalable crafting or GregTech upgradable machine casing or addable LESU, it will be much more nicer to use
He is actually implementing Steam Turbines, using Multiblocks. And it won't be Steel-consuming but only time consuming (you'll have to repair your turbine from time to time).
Not being able to turn off a hot reactor is extrem your ely stupid. A reactor that has to be cold to be turned off is typically known as a nuke.
No, I agree it's more realistic. And it would make people less interested in High Temp. Breeding which is a bit unrealistic.
I saw it, looks good, but same problem as EE had, you want something like diamonds to be expensive, but if Transmuting, when you transmute it back it becomes OP becuase it gets you alot, but meh. Time is one of the major resources many mods overlook, since it is the only resource you can never have enough of.
That's why we want NUCLEAR TRANSMUTATION! PLAYING WITH A NUCLEAR REACTOR HAS NEVER BEEN THAT FUN!

Do you know what entropy is ? It's mainly defined for Thermodynamic so ... How would you entropy to be implemented in MC ?

Not that much lol ... It makes you able to get the Pulverizer faster, but TE-energy-net aren't convenient when you HAVE to use IC² machines (and so get a new Powersystem).
The only way to make EE balanced is to uninstall it. It is Inherently OP with any other mod.
I disagree. The best way to make EE balanced would be ... to rename it UE. UNEquivalent Exchange. Like you lose 3/4 of the ressources to convert stuff

And Greg dislikes CompueterCrash, because it heavily lags the server for people without the best internet connection, so unless you wanto Iridium Chrome Computers with Inbuilt Fusion Reactor that selfdestruct after 10 Minutrs of using, dont talk about Computercraft.
That, and maybe the fact that cheap or expensive, CC will always keep OP. (unless Turtles become HIGLY-energy consuming).

Just giving a bump here to say I love this addon and I hope it's not dead! Would love to see a 1.5.2 or a 1.6 release.
Addons like GT made it a bit useless ... (even though it's cheaper and more powerful). Btw, due to recent BC overhaul, it seems this addon is kind of OP now ...

Just consider Uraninite as a buff to nuclear power. That's what I do.
Instead greg could add nuclear material processing similar to AS (but improved of course).
I'd agree if it was something buffing Nuclear Reactor. But Uraninite like would be cool as a "Thorium Ore".
