For an SMP sever, I'm trying to design a redstone system that would effectively limit the output of a reactor, using a detector cable and an inverter to shut the reactor off when not needed. However, after building and testing such a system, I found that where was an excess produced, so my question is, is there a way to limit the output of the reactor to the needs of a power system?
