I can confirm that the download is not working. A reupload should fix it (I hope).
Does this work with the IC2 1.107 beta? Whenever I install it, nothing shows up in-game, but the log says it is trying to load the mod, but does not fully complete the load.
cublikefoot: no it doesn't work with the pre release, if you look at the title, it says for 1.106

Turbine solar generators don't generate EU when it's dark. I don't think this is the best behavior, as they still evaporate water. I think EU generation should be only based on the heat level, and still work even when it's dark.
And the latest version appears to have borked thermal generators. They can be crafted, but don't emit any EU, nor do their guis open.
Oh the joys of modding...
I can't extract Wood gas cells. I had to change the id due to a conflict. Any ideas? 
This mod really needs its config file renamed. Have a good one!

Any isotope cell that receives one "neutron" will instantaneously become a re-enriched uranium cell.
If you push a force field block with a piston, you get a crash and this error
force field blocks should NOT be movable.(Think bedrock/obsidian)

edit: It appears to be forestry and the crossover not liking one another, as forestry also has problems, which go away when Bc-Ic crossover is removed.
edit2: Everything is fine if one of "allElectricEngines" or "allowGenerator" is set to false. An issue with spaces for custom textures?
This mod looks excellent, and I look forward to using it once it is updated, but take your time Kentington!
