I did try putting it in the mods folder, like i said i tried following the instructions. I only put it in the JAR because i was getting desperate. I've tried everything i can think of to make it work but it won't, i really wanna get this working.
Did you take the Rocket science.jar out of the zip folder before you put it in the /mods folder?

i think it would be cool if there was a transformer for sending low amounts of power across fairly large distances, so i was thinking make the transformer like the LV transformer just replace the copper bars with tin.

The reason for the sound never turning off is because it makes its own power hence the name "Mass Fabricator"

try not using HV cables, since you would not have that much power being generated anyways from the uranium cells try using glass fiber or maybe gold.

If you surround a reactor with ice does it ace like water in cooling terms or does it does it not provide any cooling at all, because i think it would be cool if you surrounded it with ice it does cool down the reactor better that water
