forget it i found a tutorial.

yeah, and it's still crashing. whether or not i put just the contents into the jar, or the whole folder, minecraft crashes.

i tried that twice before i posted here. the error log was from the last time i tried.

yes, this is not the first time i've installed mods. all my mods i'm trying to install are up to date, as is minecraft itself. meta-inf is gone, and everything is in the correct folders. i just don't know why minecraft is black screening and crashing. thus why i put the error report in, hoping that someone who knew java would be able to tell me what is going on.

that's what i thought. i did that but my minecraft blackscreens and crashes.

I'm java illiterate so i don't know what happened.

where does the IC2 sprites folder go? does it just go into the .jar file, or is there some special place? i've scoured the forums and i can't find anything that gives me any hint about it.
