I've decided that I am going to scrap OmegaTech and move on to a new LP in 1.2 once all of the mods I plan on using are ready. Unfortunately, I found out that, while Forge works, it is quite a mess thanks to the update. So things are still a little sketchy there, so I'll have to figure something out there...

its basicly for a quary thats on the construction it needs to know that it needs to lower the frames and add pipe until a certain depth or after a certain time
and then it needs to stop lowering take the pipe back and let the engine move the frames up until its back in starting position.
and some other programs so the machine doesnt bug it self
the machine allrdy works with levers/ repeaters ( just need to make it do it automaticly)
and suddenly to many items bugs out on me its just gone reinstalling doesnt fix the problem

i made a logic system to do it without computers. Just use a counter, and timer. when the counter changes sides, it changes the toggle latch. the toggle latch toggles which direction the quarry moves. when that toggle latch is pulsed, it also moves down a level.

And the tunnel bore is in, though its not really great looking atm. very wip (and not by me by the third name listed on the post.
How are people auto-crafting? I cant figure out a way to do that yet.

I'm more worried about the other 20 mods that were only listing textures on that site.

U know, a few days ago, i asbsolutedly don't want the problem to made a functional texture pack, BUT...
To kill the boredom, i was searching for some good series of minecraft on youtube... and i found one that i really like: Your Evolution of Technology series!
It was that that makes me change idea... i had almost all the mod u installed, but with this texture, it look completedly better! I see many other texture, but i never see one that make me say "this is a MUST have!". It remember me the Legend of Zelda a bit, don't u?
Now that i have to upgrade to 1.2.3, i make 1+1 and i'll sure take the effort to build this texture, maybe helping me with your installation tutorial!
I'm at ep.14 actually and i will enjoy all the rest of the series anyway
P.S. What mod u use to make the chunk loader in ep 11???

if you want to chilax relax then playing without EE is good but if you like me and like to rush up sometimes and have poop loads of things to build, EE is the right thing to have.
Yea. I mean the thing is, nothing can replace the effort of going and hunting down enderman (or making a good enderman trap). I don't think its fair to be able to trade in a tree or so for a pearl. But that is just me.

Yea I would do something that just turns them on only if they are green or blue. But the problem is making the first gates.
Just wondering if anyone has had any trouble converting their worlds to the new anvil format. I'm pretty sure I heard that there may be a few problems with it in worlds involving mods but since ic2 and similar mods were updated to 1.2.3 I haven't heard anything about it. So hopefully no news is good news?
I'm still waiting on a few more mods to update till I upgrade.
I have a few questions...
I will soon apply this texture pack to my minecraft (best texture pack ever) but i wanna know a pair of think before, because is my first texture pack...
1. a texture pack must cover ALL the block of the game to function? maybe the block that don't cover simply turn on the default of minecraft/mod? i hope so...
2. i use ID resolver... and it probably change some of my ids of my mods, is this a problem for the texture pack?
3. this texture pack have the texture also for addon like charging banch or advanced machines?

A texture pack can be used only for vanilla blocks and/or for mod textures. We have textures for both. When mods update usually items will be invisible for a few days until we update the texture pack though (although you could disable the textures for the mod and they would all be default textures for that mod).
Id resolver is not a problem for texture packs
