That's a known issue fixed in the 1.8+ version.
Will there be a fix for 1.7.10? Because I can not update my mod pack until 1.8.9. Some mods have the latest version for 1.7.10.

Hello. I ran into a problem with connecting lanp to wire in Uncomplication-1.7.10-0.1.2.1.b77. If wire under voltage, then lamp 1-2 times per second connecting and unconnecting to wire. In the result is
a flashing light.
