Hey so I'm running a server that is on 1.11.2 with IC2 version 2.7.59-ex111 and a few other mods i'll list below. JEI shows me recipes that I can in fact enchant my weapons and armor (nano, quantum, nano saber, etc.) I.E. I put my diamond drill into the anvil, put a silk touch book in the respective slot, and it doesn't give me a drill with silk touch. It acts as though the book is not there... I don't know if this is a bug due to the mods I'm running or if it's due to the experimental nature of the version I'm running. Any insights would be Legend......wait for the mod list....
