I updated the mod to version 1.1 (for IC2 v1.81, Minecraft 1.2.3)

I also made a version awhile ago that just makes coal dust when you macerate charcoal, seeing as they're both just carbon anyway (and charcoal dust would essentially be a better source of it). Might be considered a bit OP to some though..
