I think ic2 needs a proper front page, that links to forums, and alblakas blog... It seems that alblakas blog currently leads everywhere, but a slick design for a frontage with different things on it, with proper sorting, and proper forum, wiki, blog redirections in place.
Although are imer/Feanturi skilled in the arm of web design would maybe be the issue upon this

Well seeing as your the only one reporting this and the server I was on didn't have any issues with texture I'd say it's probably user error
You made sure all the config files of the players match the servers configs?
