I will admit, perhaps there could have been a lot better testing on this, however I would like to make a suggestion. Why not make a sticky thread in the bug and support sections specifically for having a compilation of what bugs there are and what bugs have been fixed, acting as a community bug list? One additional suggestion, if this thread is created, you could possibly post a hotfix in it every few bugs that are fixed.

How did you install it? It appears to say that forge is not installed correctly, to your earlier question, yes FML is a modloader, every Forge mod including addons require it to run

That's not an error log, error logs are something like ForgeModLoader-client-1 in your .minecraft folder, we cannot help you unless this is provided.
To answer your addon question with a question, do you even know what FML is? If not look it up -
I can confirm this bug occurs in IC2 1.106 with Forge version 4.1.2.262 if it matters

I don't know how crop code works exactly, but I understand that certain crops have a higher chance to produce a certain crop, and therefore the opposite could be true as well where the breeds you are using mainly produce hops. You could always try other crops, although I can't guarantee success with anything really

First, it is called a BatBox and a Bucket. Secondly, when you put a bucket into a water mill, it does not become an infinite energy source and you must put more buckets into it for more eus to be generated, simply reading the wiki before posting a HALP BORKEN! "Bug" would have told you this

Hm-m. Looks like cheats or something like that. This is not desirable, because i can get reactor with help inventory editor anytime, but it would be boring.Did you even read it? Sure, it can be used to cheat things in, but its main function is to tell you the recipes of practically every item in the game including mod ones.

The bug does still exist. I had tin running from solar panels to a batbox. I removed the tin lines, and installed an MFE up near the solar panels where the tin line ran. As soon as the MFE was placed, the ghost tin cables that ran to the batbox and the batbox itself started exploding endlessly. I had to quit the game and reload the world to get it to stop. 1.3.2 with 1.106 of IC2.
You are literally the thirtieth person to say this, I think the devs have gotten the message by now. -
