Old API. Other mods contains old version of IC2 API classes (delete ic-api folders from the respective mods).
Thank you, It turns out it was Extra bees causing the issue.

This error happens each time i place a range upgrade into the monitor, the monitor stays grey even though it's only 5 blocks away from the reactor?Please help
