Fps lag issue

OK to start my computer stats are very good better then average actually. I have no lag on single or multiplayer until I use ic2 items. When I look in the direction of ic2 machines of any type I get down to 3-4 fps I turn my camera angle away it jumps to between 90-130. This is not just this version either I have always had this problem and I have made many servers and clients running all sorts of mods. Anyway I am sure I am missing some kind of pertinent information but any insight to this problem would help.

Install lastest modloaderMP and lastest forge - no conflicts but in future it may appear
than replace original class in industrialcraft-2-server_1.90.jar with mine from archive folder "MP"

+ texture problem? - hmm what side should i connect things - some kind of graph bug, but works fine
