or you can use redpower to fill your bukkit and pull the empty ones out of your watermills, there you have your 2 eu/tick

I just tried redownloading and installing it, same error
I have forge 3.1.2.94 installed
so I dont know whats causing it

I'm having a crash, on startup, (not a ID conflit, since I have TC2 installed, (I changed there block IDs, I diden't found the option to change the block IDs on IC2))
