PCMaster, is there a link somewhere to the latest version of the RailCraft textures?

But that website is down, and the .png itself on their wiki is missing a few new blocks.

If I compare the one on the Sphax website (128x) vs the one in the actual IC2 1.9.5 .jar file, I see several differences in the block_0.png file immediately. Is the one on the Sphax website ready for 1.9.5 or are there bits missing? Or are those differences safe to ignore?
