The tools work like the Vanilla tools, click and hold. The Mining Laser is a right-click.
But I do have to ask, did you charge them in a Batbox/MFE/MFSU?

Yea i even spawn them to see if they work well ill comeback to you if they work

When I try to use it it does not work neither does the drills 
or chainsaw
