I apologize, but I do not yet speak Minecraft Reactor Geekspeak yet...

I keep being forwarded to the this reactor creator with peoples designs in them, and , although there is an explanation of the terms below the builder, I do have a question that it does not answer sufficiently.

When it says that it can do a Full Cycle, does that mean it can deplete the entirety of the Uranium Cell without reach critical heat? Becuase, if that is the case, then what is the point of the tool state it can go 5 or 6 cycles (for example) before it need to cool off. What is a "cycle?" I know what pulses are, but I cannot find a definition for "cycle."
