I am very keen to test and hopefully include this in my 1.5.1 build
I love nuclear reactor stuff

On my server I have UU set to 100M a peice and Adv solars to produce 4/32/256 respectivly.
They are still reasonable as a secondary base power source, but not there for UU spam.2500UU in storage and havn't hit fusion.

That isnt direwolf's reactor and if your running renewable lapis from bees or just have quarries running 24/7 (on a server or even just whenever you are online) you can get 100% of your lapis for a pretty hefty LZH reactor with no EU loss.

Weeping angels mod, Statue is a stupidly rare drop.

-
I use a custom made modpack, so that would be incredibly difficult to do. Once things are done Ill see what I can do though.
-
Once things are complete and our elevator is running Ill do a video walkthrough. RP2 bugs FTW

This is the base Genhellfire and Myself have been working on (More Genhellfire than me as I have been busy lately)

Nice, now for the long wait for everything to update alongside
Seems to be progressing at a good pace though My bets on RP2 being the slow one again. -
Found a slight bug, discharging when using ulti nano armour says it uses 100000EU but actually only uses 100
-
Its gonna be all different

No Thaumcraft/Twilight Forest mostly due to the way they fit in with other mods themes (Both brilliant mods but I just cant justify them)
Computercraft is a no go simply due to its exploitability. Some mods in the list do have some nasty exploits between each other but only if you go searching for them.
I guess if enough people are interested ill think about opening it up to whitelisted public
-
I have decided to open up my server to public a bit more.
It is a white-listed server, if you don't know where Sydeny-AUS is you will probably be getting some terrible latency and it probably wont be worth requesting to join.
It is a hardcore survival server, with some quite nasty AIPVP is technically allowed, however cooperative play will get you further, as PVE is designed to be quite a challenge.
There are no ways of teleporting items/players other than IC2/GT

I like the fact that this uses UUM in combination with GT. It makes solar farms a proper decision.
I personally run UUM at a 100M cost per unit, and am not having any issue supplying UU for Solars when I need it. Think of solars more as a convenience than a dedicated supply line.
A decent sized factory will require around a 2-3k dedicated power line running constantly. (Assuming GT) meaning 6-9 HV Solars and a decent power buffer for night running.Or you could simply run a few Nuclear Gens, RC steam is cheap (Even with steel replacement, just go mining for a few minutes every few days)
Without a prohibitively high cost on solar everyone just solar spams.Especially in a server environment.

No, Greg just uses that naming convention in his dusts/ores/everything to allow compatibility with other mods that actually use the ore dictionary. Unlike some people he cares about mod integration with other mods and balance between mods.

Yeah I always like to view chunkloaders as a bit of a mid/endgame device so my last 5x5 chunk base had a 70kEU/t throughput (I had 1x Fusion and a few really high Nuclear stacks running) It may of been a touch excessive tbh
But a fairly basic wind turbine setup can supply 32 (Although 8-12EU/t may be better for a default value) with relative ease -
I don't mind mystcraft balancing too much, because by the time I have the ability to setup ages as I want I can have an IC2 matter fab system running producing as many resources as I need (Both with GT and with IC2 Vanilla)
Also the fact that its still going through MASSIVE changes with balancing and mechanics, people need to give it a bit of slack. -
I would be thinking something around (32EU/t)chunk But thats just me, configurable would be best. I currently have RC loaders with a fairly high cost to run.
-
I am thinking the recipes could use some of the BC chips (For both machines) in my mind they seem to really fit into the IC2/BC crossoverishness of the two.
-
Its likely to do with an old version of IC2 in the DW20 pack
