for all those people who think this is horribly game-breaking, I could just go get a couple of geothermal generators and run those instead, and it looks to me that using a little tin is less expensive than a bunch of carbon, alloy, rubber, and other expensive stuff.

My mistake!! I forgot that redstone must be applied to transformers to convert low into high voltage. when I did so, it all blew up (Ultra-HV + Mass fabricator = Boom). But it works now.

Here's the bug: I placed the Mass Fabricator, and the gui shows the power gauge as full. I also placed a scrap in the slot, but the "amplifier" never decreases from 5000 afterwards. Connecting it to a power source doesn't help.
