Okay I figured out what happened. The wiki does not specify that you must extract H. Coal cells before then can be used as fuel.

It just won't work for some reason.

And the output is the product of the canning machine right?

Can the canning machine run on one re-battery?

I don't know if I am not giving it enough power or if it just does not work. I have tried battery's and batbox's and geothermal generators. But when I try to fill a jetpack or a fuel can it does not work.

I can't fill fuel cans or my jetpack with H. coal cells
