i found recpies.ini in the jar archive and fixed the bug

newest version from curseforge
industrialcraft-2-2.8.221-ex112

but the bug occurs on every 1.12.2 version

I was playing a bit on the classic IC2 profile and found a bug that makes uranium enrichment completely useless

namely near-depleted uranium cell recipe gives 1 n-duc instead 8 n-duc

( it should be like this : )
