Portable Crafting Item
What my suggestion is you can make a hand held crafting device that has a 3 by 3 crafting grid like the Philosopher's Stone (From Equivalent Exchange). It would be able to craft items and would use some EU per craft. For example if it used 20 EU (this can be changed or dropped) per craft then making a stack of circuits would use 1280EU. If a recipe like copper wire made more than one item at a time it wouldn't use EU for each item only each craft e.g. the copper wire would only use 20 EU for the six wires. It would hold 40,000 EU and can be charged by a RE battery or in a Storage unit.
It could be made like this:
So the recipe would be:
2 copper cable, 1 batbox, 2 circuits, 1 machine block, 3 refined iron
P.S The advanced machine block is only a machine block.
