Suggestion :
Allow ALL centrifuge recipes which needs cells not necessarily require them. Then any cell byproducts wont be produced.
This is good for people which doesnt want some cell byproducts. [For example Si and O2 cells are useless to me]

"wait for cells"
and
"ignore if cells avaible"
It's shown in the GUI of the machine(industrial sawmill), hint: left side..

Amusing, for this error to re-pop up over one month after the actual fix was known.
Try deleting your config and start up minecraft, that should re-create the config.
deleted it -> start game -> new was created -> still empty
tried it 3 times now
i Have forge 3.1.2.94 but get also a blank block entry
