I can't use it to shear the sheep with right-clicking the sheep. Oops. 
It's fine to cut the tree like an axe, get grass and vines with left-click, but nothing happen with right-click. 
The damage on mob is doing right, but... it's quite a headache to shear the sheep without killing them (with non-functioning right-click).
Any suggestion?

Since 1.70 the Chainsaw now also works as shears. Just right-click on a sheep. (Please make sure to right click, as we cannot be held responsible for the inadvertent disassembly of sheep due to left clicking.)
