EU/t usage info when machine is working

    Would be good to add new info string to EU-reader :EC Meter: , which show max possible EU/t used, when machine in process.
    For example:
    Max input 32EU/t.
    Max usage 2EU/t. (or 3.2EU/t with 1 overclocker upgrade)


    I think, with this it would be easier to calculate and build a good E-net.
