Reactor planner

    With all of the changes that are happening with the way nuclear power works; will the reactor planner be updated to accommodate for these changes? If so, who will update it? The IC2 Devs?

    Talonius does the reactor planner. Since he disappeared for quite some time, there is no knowledge of when the reactor planner will be updated.
