Nano saber low damage

Hi, im playing in 1.6.4 (ic 1.118.401) and when i activate nano saber the damage is 2, no increase, can help me?

I recommend updating to the experimental builds, the non-exp for 1.6.4 is very buggy.

Do the above. If it still doesn't work maybe you are forgetting to turn it on with right click -.-
P.S.: I didnt tell you to try to turn it on first because a discharged nano saber should do +4 damage
