In config you can see/change blockCable=4005.
But ingame all cables are moved to 30 184:X
How can i change for example glass fiber ID if there is only 1ID for cables and its not even representing true ingame ID ?

For cables there's both a block and an item for cables, each with its own id.

I see nothing even close to fiber_cable_name/ID. Can you help me to the right direction where to look?

itemCable i think. there's no separate one for the individual types, they just use different metadata.
