How to create a simple 2-4 players server with just IC2 Experimental

Hello,

I would like to introduce my friend to IC2.
I do not see recent version of IC2 server (the jar file) on the forum/wiki, but many popular server like rage craft use 1.7+ version

How I can host a little server of recent IC2 on my computer ?

A lot of things changed since minecraft beta. Everything you need - minecraft forge server (that can be installed from universal version of minecraft forge) and a regular ic2 (industrialcraft-2-2.2.613-experimental.jar for example), putted in forge server "mods" folder. Thats all.

I guess both clients must have forge + IC2 ?

Both client (that means you and your buddies) and the server.
