How to make Refined Iron items?

help!

minecraft 1.7.2 -> .minecraft 1.7.10 [industrialcraft-2-2.2.633-experimental]version

i can't make Refined Iron Plate + Refined Iron ingot items.

Can you tell me please how to make them?

You need a blast furnace now.

Insert iron ingot + 6 air cell + external heat source (electric heat generator for example) connected to the orange square.

Recipes of those are easier found using the mod Not Enough Items, if you don't have it, GET IT.
