IC2E - 397 - Freeze at Mojang screen.

So, here's the situation: I'm trying to set up custom modpack, but, whenever I add IC2E it freezes at Mojang screen(note that I've tried this with 397, 397, 354, results are the same).

I've attached Forge log from last attempt and found some quite alike reports, but they lead to no solution(atleast for me). These reports are: 1.6.4 build 397 freeze on mojang screen and http://www.minecraftforum.net/…hangs-up-on-mojang-screen. Note for the 2nd report: I have strong feeling this is what's wrong for me, but there's no explanation on how to solve problem in it(or I'm blind), casual strolling through config files didn't give any clues either.

and see if it is truly hanging or you are just impatient.
and BTW, there may be a few item ID conflicts in there.

I'm quite positive that MC has enough time to load, since(without IC2E) it loads in about 30 secs to 1 min, but with IC2E-397 I waited for about 5 min with no result.

As for ID conflicts: as I stated in my original post I have strong feeling that may be the case, but I have no clue on how to stop IC2E's behavior(assuming theory in 2nd report is correct).

Solved it!

Dumped NEI ID's and noticed that 4000 ~ 4005 were used for IC2E and Binnie's mods, edited IC2E config and it works!
