Pump+tinkers construct worked, then seems to have broke forever.

So I had this working earlier today and made about 15-20 gold filled fluid cells and was messing around when it stopped working and new worlds/rebooting minecraft do nothing and again I HAD THIS WORKING. Any ideas?
using the 646 experimental build

That works. Still doesn't add up to how the pump worked for all of at least half an hour.
