Full/empty battery will lose it's capacity when stacked together.
It cannot be correctly charged/uncharged when stacked.
Split them and they can be put it in batbox separately.

Stacked batteries aren't supposed to be charged/discharged. Stacking is purely for transport, not for use in machines/storage units.
that i would call a bug.
