Config for EU loss

    New ic2 for 1.9 and above have E-net enabled. I like exploding machines and melting cables but I hate EU loss. You should add config lines for adjusting EU loss. This will be good for balancing modpacks where ic2 cables are underpowered or preventing players building a battery transport system.

    Imo, if players rather want to build a complex system like a battery transport thing instead of simply placing down cables, that's fine. That'S what Minecraft is about: Building something complex rather than something simple to get a higher efficiency.
