Support Request: Unable to manufacture Mining Pipes

I am running into an issue where I cannot craft mining pipes for my miner on IC 7.20. I have the right ingredients for the process but it will not show up in the output window. Only mods I have running is IC 7.20, ModLoader, and ModLoaderMP.
